bravo! outstanding video! first of all, im an akubra The Territory hat wearer myself, so right away I recognized it in the thumbnail, and had to click. second, great narrating, I love that you keep in video when things dont go as planned. and lastly, as a video maker myself, incredible editing and production. subbed brother, cant wait for more.
Haha it's great to see another Territory wearer! I'll have to have a proper look through your channel, I just watched your recent video and really enjoyed it. Thanks for watching mate.
Another wonderful night out! A rainy day in the woods is better than a sunny in the city, any day! Keep the top notch videos coming, you are a natural! Thanks for sharing. :) :)
Cheers for watching Ben. Yeah minimal gear is always a fun challenge to set for yourself, it ends up making me focus on nature more than what's in my pack. I'll be sure to check out some of your videos too :)
His hat is an Akubra “Territory” in the Khaki color (which is Green for everyone North of the Equator) because there’s always a thousand questions about the hat.
great camp mate, just found and subbed, im on the orkneys in scotland and have a burke & wills swag... great kit.. no leeches here thank god... lol..all the best...
Haha I'm jealous about the lack of leeches over there... I've got a few mates who use the B&W Swag, looks like a fun bit of kit. Thanks for watching mate.
What a stunning forest. Shame about it being leech city. I've heard that the 40% deet Bushman's sprayed around your boots/pants/gators deters them pretty well. I see you're a bit of an Alton Goods fan too. I have a drawing collection myself. I'm a fan of the "plough point" set up for the tarp. Anyway, you popped up in my feed, never seen you before. Gave you a sub. 😁
Thanks for the tip regarding the leeches I'll look into that. Yeah I probably own most of Alton's store by now haha- and the plough point is great, I love how fast and easy it is to setup. Thanks for watching mate, glad to see you here, I've actually watched a few of your videos before :)
hahaha there's always a better campsite just around the corner.. super frustrating when that happens. sick video mate really enjoyed seeing the traditional setup
@@RyanWorsman Thanks for the info on the knife, much appreciated ☺, I will check it out. I took fresh food and too much first aid, safety and survival stuff. My tent weighs 1.4kg. I didn't weigh my pack - have no idea. Also had a steep hike in and out. Putting together a vid - have learned from my first solo trip :)
Well a nice video I was expecting a guy who doesn't talk and just walk the whole video because of the views. Keep going man. Nice music chose by the way is it from rdr2?
Thanks for watching mate. Haha yes it is- you’re the first person to ever mention it. I use the soundtrack in all of my videos, absolutely love that game
Thanks mate- nah this was just the single swag. I’m not sure if you’d be able to carry the double into the bush as the single is already pretty large and heavy
Great vid but sorry man I couldn't handle them leeches. When in the military I had enough of them things while on jungle training in Belize. You've got a lot more there tho and no way would I want them all over me while in recreation mode. 🤮
I tolerated these guys because they were so small and easy to pick off- but those larger ones are a nightmare and just glue themselves to you, it feels impossible to get them off without salt.
@@RyanWorsman Yeah i see that but the big suckers you can actually feel, those little tiddlers can get in all sorts of places I'd prefer them not to be. Great camp other than them 💪
Talking about just biting a leach as you continue to eat your sandwich is the most Aussie thing I have seen today.
Another great video! Thanks for sharing :)
Thanks for watching!
This is the kind of cinematic content I aspire to produce. That intro was absolutely out of this world Ryan!
Thanks mate :)
I watched your recent video and really enjoyed it. Your quality is already great for a first upload, keep at it
Hey Ryan, another great video (and camping spot) Thanks for the mention👍Craig

Hello! I love your channel. I want to be your friend. Thank you for sharind.
Thanks man
New sub.
You had me at G'Day!
Thanks mate ;)
Brilliant video! Look forward to seeing more! Well done!
Thanks mate
Nice spot Mate. As flat and open as the other area was, I think where you camped was nicer. Could do without the bloody leaches though! 🤣
In hindsight the spot I camped at was rather cozy and secluded, you're right. Hahaha yep I'll be sure to avoid that place on a rainy day.
Great video mate, keep it going kent
Cheers mate
Ticks are bad enough! No thanks on the leaches! 😂. Cool video, man 👍 New sub!
Haha thanks for watching mate, appreciate it.
Great video bud 👍🏼
Thanks for watching Ross :)
Beautiful place to set up camp nice choice

I’m from snowy mountains NSW it’s definitely different country
Hey Raymond, I don't like to give out specific locations online, but I was exploring around the Bathurst region.
Thanks for watching mate.

@@RyanWorsman cheers for watching some of my boring stuff. 🤣
Fantastic video mate. Love the canvas swag. What brand was it and how much does it wiegh?
Thanks for watching mate. The swag is made in Australia by “SaulSwags”. I’ve got them linked in the description. As for the weight it’s 5kg.
23:07 love ❤️ the sounds of rain well trying to sleep
20:58 so relaxing
hahaha there's always a better campsite just around the corner.. super frustrating when that happens. sick video mate really enjoyed seeing the traditional setup
Hahaha yep it happens all too often. Glad you enjoyed the video Ben, I’ll be doing more traditional stuff over the coming months.
Nice open forest, beautiful spot. I like your knife. Did my first overnight solo wild camp recently. Think I took too much gear, my pack weighed tonne
Thanks, the knife is an Ontario 499. I hope your trip was good otherwise, do you know how much weight you were carrying?

Great vedio
I'm personally more annoyed that you crush up the noodles! But given you use a spoon that makes sense. Great video BTW.
Hahaha thanks for watching Albert

When I do my noodles I break them up and use powered bullion.
çekimler çok güzel hangi kamera ?
Thank you, Sony A7iii is the camera
Go Beanie 🤗🤗
20:40 nice little fire
Great video was the a double Saul swag?
Thanks mate- nah this was just the single swag. I’m not sure if you’d be able to carry the double into the bush as the single is already pretty large and heavy
