Thank-you! Love your content; i’ve been practicing weightlifting for two years; still need to learn more to “perfect” my technique; it’s a challenge but i love it!
i like catalyst athletics for technical advice for the actual lifts, but i love these lifestyle tips even more! It truly transforms you from a person who likes to weightlift, to an actual weightlifter.
Nice job coach! I've been riding the struggle bus since getting coronavirus right after a personal best platform performance in September, #6 hit home.
Holy shit! 1 gram of creatine per kg bodyweight. I weigh 85 kg so for me thats 85 g of creatine. Listen to me, do not fucking take 1 gram of creatine per kg of bodyweight. Take around 5 grams in total, doesnt matter your bodysize.

So if im 80kg i need to supplement my diet with 80g of creatine !!!??
I thought it's just 5g/day 😕
0.1 per kg meaning like 7 grams
@@GarageStrength 7grams of Creatine a day still seems like a lot. Especially if you're taking it over a long time period.
