For colour, add Kashmiri red chili paste, which doesn't make pav bhaji spicy and adds great colour. I use this while making pav bhaji at home. I also add regular red chilli powder for the spice. it tastes and looks great :)

One of my 2 favorite Indian snacks (the other being idli + vada + chutney + sambar). It's even better if you add some mango powder, paprika powder, and a tiny bit of black salt. And add some dhaniya leaves BEFORE it's cooked. Greetings from Slovenia.

I used to eat butter in childhood bcoz I was obsessed with it. But now I know the benefits of eating it. Try desi cow ghee... that's too good for health too.

I put everything you said but I don't put cauliflower. I don't like it with cauliflower. My mother in law and my sister in law cook exactly like you. ❤

+sonia sharma The ingredients use for making the spice using the cumin seeds garlic paste chilli powder, onion and butter does the work for masala.. hence no pav bhaji masala was added!
Red color is optional.. you can skip it! Thanks! :)
