Heat sealed rectangular Tea bags with print registered and notched tags and string delivered in counts of 25s.
Output - 110 Tea bags per minute.
Dosage variable - 6 ccs, or approximately 2.2 gms of Tea maximum.
Size of Tea bag - 62.5 mm X 50 mm.
Size of tag - 24 mm X 28 mm.
Tea bag filter paper used - heat sealing type, 16.5 gm per sq. Mtr. In rolls of 125 mm width.
Tag paper used 70 gm per sq. Mtr., register printed on both sides, notched for registration and in rolls of 28 mm width. Non-print registered tags without notches can also be used.
String used - No. 16 (English title 20), white, knotless
Glue used - dispersion of Poly Vinyl Acetate
