My fiance is of the Mohawk tribe and I showed her Nightwolf to get her input. She liked all his costumes and headgear except his default. She said absolutely no one of her tribe or any other would wear anything like that, especially the color. She deduced his default is based off protective armor made from fashioned leather natives would sometimes wear, but making an outfit like this would be impossible to make without modern sewing and manufacturing technology. She also said his headdress is made of animal skull, most likely a bear, bear teeth, and eagle feathers. However the shine and smoothness on it would not look like that in real life
"Spirit Flame" os badass... Anyone runs away seeing Nightwolf like this, standing in the middle of the forest.
It's cool he gets an aged human skin that represents what he may look like if they beat Sindel and didn't die, kind of a bummer they never made human aged skins for Liu Kang, Kitana, Jade or Kung Lao
But they did aged skins for kung lao and lue kang in mk10
