A bunch of hippies lived there back in the 70's. On down that ridge use to be several more shacks. When I was a kid we use to go up there (way before SXS) and we use to talk to them. They were from Ohio.

WOW . Just got back from picket . No trail maintenance … These were some of the gnarly trails we’ve been on… None of the trails were mark. We will not go back, unless we have a guide or a local to take us around. The camp ground was great!!!
Just rode 4 days here, the non maintained trails makes it different and special. But there is definitely some rough trails

The area up around the sandmine and grannie's crack supposedly sold a few weeks ago.. Not sure what will happen with the trails in that 400+ acres..
If it gets posted, atleast we got to see it. It's a neat site
No doors no seatbelts no brains since 2009 i have seen 4 people ejected from side by sides and it ain't pretty

Please never come here. Dune buggies have RUINED the trails I grew up riding.
