    Amazing content, the industry is so underrated and general seen as "service" and poor pay. Hospitality is so big and there is so much more to it! Love this!

    This video is amazing!!! At this time of my life I am thinking about “The life work balance”. This year I confirmed that wine is my passion so I want to learn about it. I live in Peru and some months ago I travelled to Miami to study the WSET Level 1 and 2. Because of covid-19 I had to stay months there, fortunately this month I took the online exam (L2) and I came back to my country. Now I have to look for a job, and your video surprised me! It was a gift for me. It encourages me to continue looking for what I really want to do in life and "learn to compromise". GRACIAS y tus videos son lo máximo!!!

    Great video! I am thinking about getting into this industry after many years spent in law. I love what you said about settling for less money but doing something you love :) So obvious really, but it is good to remember that on a daily basis :)

All carrier related questions have been answered in this video and I can now relate wset certification and the carrier benefits it comes with, in a better way. Thanks a lot and million this very useful video😊... after watching this video Now I can say that having wset certification is indispensable for our wine journey so that we can come out as a wine pro.

    Fun video. I started my WSET level one last November, now I just finished my level two, and I am taking a course at the local technical college on managing wine events. All of the colleges have put their wine courses online, due to covid-19,and I plan to take several courses this fall, too.probably the only semester I'll be able to do that while working full-time in my regular job. Really making lemonade out of lemons, or wine out of grapes more appropriately. Keep it up! Love the videos.

    Hello. I've been facing this thing where I want to work in the wine Industry but I don't want to go for almost any commercial roles. What qualifications would I need to work in Production and if I want to work as an event manager in wines? And, is wine an in demand career in Europe?

      Good question. Hotel Management and the production of wine are very different, however you need to be able to understand wine and winemaking for both so I see no reason why not. Best wishes

    Have you considered enrolling in WSET 4 diplomat program or are you already ? How do you think a level 4 diploma can help someone over just having a level 3 certification? as I know each level up in the WSET curriculum is quite a large step up in terms of investment(time, money etc...) thanks

    • @TheGrapeExplorer
      @TheGrapeExplorer  3 года назад

      You've said the two key words there. Time and Money.
      The Diploma is expensive and currently out of my reach financially.
      It would definitely help.someone and it delves even further into wine
