- Chicken 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp ( frm 1 inch ginger and 2 cloves garlic)
Salt 1/2 tsp
Kicap cair 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
White pepper powder 1 tbsp
1 egg
4 tbsp corn flour
Oil for frying
3 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
Chopped dried prawns 1/2 cup
1 big onion chopped
3 cloves garlic chopped
Cili padi 8
Curry leaves 3 sprigs
Fish curry powder 2 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Brown sugar 1 tbsp
Cili sauce 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Light soya sauce (kicap manis) 1 tbsp
Thick soya sauce ( i use caramel sauce) 1 tbsp
1 tsp rice flour mix with a little water

What brand soya sauce and oyster sauce u use?

Light soya sauce is kicap manis cap Habhal's ( the kipas pic)
Thick soya sauce ( caramel sauce) brand is the elephant brand ( cheong chan)
Oyster sauce i like Lee Kum Kee

@@shandev7286 yes. Ive made a video of chicken curry long time ago with fish curry powder also. Pls check that also if got time. Its in my playlist. 😀 i cook mutton also with fish curry powder. Its the smell n ing that i like in fish curry powder.

Ive been using fish curry powder for chicken mutton vegetable kulambu or any other curries for so many years sis. I like fish curry masala. Some ppl who ate my chicken curry din even realise i put fish curry powder 😃😃😃.
