I love adding super sets, drop sets, triple/giant sets. Keep my heart rate increased and burn lots of calories. My job already helps keep me in good shape so I need intensity boosters

What would be am acceptable variation of the standing barbell tricep extension, for a tall guy/low ceiling combo? 🤣 just seated, or will it remove too much from the exercise in terms of activating lower body?
I need to figure out a good leg workout with out back squats. I think I can do front squats. I have squat rack, cables. Also Smith machine and some dumbells in my basement home gym.
That's not what Mike Israetel said. Giant sets are actually however many sets it takes to get to a total rep goal for one exercise. Usually it's a high rep goal.
Do a few sets for arms and switch between bi and tri to save time. That's just regular arm training! What specifically justifies the "bigger arms" claim?

Its basically DB press + DB fly + DB close grip press

Smith machine is actually good from time to time! Or you could run the front squat - is it because of a lower back issue?
