    Giant Sets are a great way to take your training intensity to the next level and also get you in and out of the gym when in a time crunch!
    Now there are several ways to implement a Giant Set, you can focus on just ONE bodypart, or a few like in this workout. You can also chose to keep the rep range the same or pyramid it down here. What matters the most is that you are using full range of motion and going as heavy as you can for the rep ranges provide.

    I have started raising my intensity instead of high weight low reps, long rest.
    I have lost 5 lbs in one week. Giant sets here I come...

      Love hearing this. A lot of people I've helped in the gym have had the same result. They were training hard... but didn't realize how much HARDER they could push. Sometimes you just need a little push to show you what your true limits are!

    I love adding super sets, drop sets, triple/giant sets. Keep my heart rate increased and burn lots of calories. My job already helps keep me in good shape so I need intensity boosters

    Well i know a combo set you can do for chest on a flat bench / incline / decline:
    Its basically DB press + DB fly + DB close grip press

You start in a 45/60° in the DB press pose, then when going to the top you gonna slowly rotate your palms to each other and once the DB barely touch each other on the top you go than down in to a close grip DB press and than back up and spread your arms again to be in the DB press pose

    What would be am acceptable variation of the standing barbell tricep extension, for a tall guy/low ceiling combo? 🤣 just seated, or will it remove too much from the exercise in terms of activating lower body?

    I need to figure out a good leg workout with out back squats. I think I can do front squats. I have squat rack, cables. Also Smith machine and some dumbells in my basement home gym.

    That's not what Mike Israetel said. Giant sets are actually however many sets it takes to get to a total rep goal for one exercise. Usually it's a high rep goal.

    Do a few sets for arms and switch between bi and tri to save time.
