Do not feel ridiculous about crying for the kittens. I was crying and I was only watching the video. If I were adopting Gilbert or Sherman I would love knowing they had a foster carer that cared enough for them to cry when they had to be returned. ❤❤
Fostering is so hard emotionally, I could never do it. Such a selfless act❤

Tea advent era is my favourite era to be in😂 a mansion with endless kittens sounds like a dream!
Oh hun!! Bless your heart! I would have been exactly the same. We lost our elderly cat to cancer this year and I was a total mess (still hurts). I remember when our cats were kittens and we had to take them to the cattery as we were going on our honeymoon, and I cried loads, even though I'd have them back in 10 days!
So glad you could keep Raymond and the beautiful ginger kitten is going to your in laws. You've done a wonderful job x
I would be a sobbing mess too saying goodbye to puppies or kittens so don't worry. It's so hard and even though you know they are goin to good homes, it's tough to love them and not be able to keep them. My dog had puppies when I was a teenager, and I cried every single time we rehomed one (though we did get to keep one and we had him for almost 18 years!).

It's been so much fun watching the kittens in your videos. I would have cried just as much as you did on parting with them, even though it's a good day when everyone gets adopted. I like the name Raymond, but I have two suggestions if you choose to change his name: Hugo or Alfred. Have a wonderful December 😊

I get similarly emotional when I cat sit, and it comes time to return the cat to its owners!
Someone else suggested Laurie as a cat name, and I'd second that :) Both your cats would have bookish names, which can only be a good thing right haha.

I'm sorry about the kittens, but at least you get to keep one and visit the other. My friend just started fostering a basset hound, and she is having a hard time, too. Its exciting that they are all getting adopted ❤. I love real names for cats as well, my last cat was Ralph after my grandfather. Raymond is perfect! I'm excited to be reading Little Women for the first time with you. I have some catching up to do and will be doing that today. Im currently finishing up The Two Lives of Lydia Bird. Congratulations on adopting the little one and your success in fostering! You could name him Laurie, since you adopted him while reading Little Women. Animals are one of the few things *worth* crying for. ❤

Raymond was my late greyhounds name. I love it so much as a pet name, we used to call him Ray or Ray Ray
I think I’m inclined to agree with you, I think it’s such a lovely pet name and we’re going to stick with it for our little Ray!
My late grandfathers name was Raymond. So yes, I like it😊
I would have named the kitty Nickolaus since I was adopting him in December.
Excellent vlog! Your tears are well shed/shared. Raymond is a good name although if his surname was Massey then he'd have the same name as the funeral directors.😂

Ciara! Happy Vlogmas! You have a big heart! You are so amazing and it's okay if you cry. I am the same way about animals. You have been the best foster mommy to the kittens. I picked up my "Little Women" book I am so excited to start reading it too. This year I didn't go with Bird and Blend as well. Last year was a fail for me. lol I went with a Canadian brand called David's Tea and I am so happy with it because they customized the teas with a lot of Christmas flavours. Your tea calendar this year sounds amazing! Some kitten names for me would be Niko, Dimitri, Joseph, Tony, John, Paul. You can always name him a character from a book you love. My two cats are ZIggy and Auggie. :) Wishing you all the best for December Ciara. You are amazing inside and out!

We’ve had a British shorthair called Kevin and my dogs name is Phil (Phillip) I love calling my pets human names! P.s my cat is called Michelle! I like Thomas or Tom for short! Ray is cute aswell!
Okay, Kevin and Phil are 10/10 animal names - those are definitely the vibe I like!
It is not the Christmas season for me until your vlogmas starts! So lovely as always. Your heart for animals is so big and you made me cry. BUT let me tell you, I have four cats. I do not recommend. 😅 I love them but oof!

How about the name Matthew for Raymond or Chandler? The good thing is you will still be able to see Dutch and take Raymond with to visit his brother.
Cute - there are actually 2 kittens with the rescue we fostered from called Joey and Chandler and their mum cat is called Nora!

Sylvan
Arthur
Felix
Leo
Cecil
Alvin
(I like two syllables 😂)
What about Sebastian or jack or Roman 😊 but love Raymond
21:01 So for these 3 weeks Oscar and kittens were separated?
They mostly were, Oscar knew the kittens were about and they saw eachother on occasion but we didn’t want to overwhelm Oscar with four crazy kittens!
Raymond is a nice name, just not seem like a cat name , in my opinion. It reminds me of a real man rather than a cat :D And since he is such a cute kitten (I know he'll grow up eventually) something more cat-like would be better. I don't have anu suggestions, unfortunately. And animals are always worth the crying, nothing bad about that
