Try museum putty to stick them together! It's used to keep objects in museums in place while on display so it's very gently on the items but should help with the sliding

To fix the falling problem, you can add some magnets or magnetic pads. A way you can hide the is either drilling into the model (scary) or 3D printing 2 plates and gluing them onto the top or bottom of each layer. That way you can paint the plates
I love the diff moods you give em. As well as other details that make them all unique. Like we're getting more complex as we go. I have a suggestion for candles that may or may not be feasible: use real ones. Like the hands is just holders, and you can put candles in. This may or may not be good with flammable materials
Your channel is one of the few where I don't get bored with videos longer than 15 minutes. Yes, I know I have a problem with attention, but maybe watching your long videos more times will improve my attention span. I've been following you since you were about 20k and even though it wasn't that long ago, I'm glad I've been here since the first videos because I'm sure you'll hit at least a million. If you don't want glue magnets you could try mounting/museum putty. I think it'll work perfectly. You can get it at hardware stores, maybe a craft store, and obviously online.
Tip for the future(at least in blender words) you get a cube and loop cut on the sides so it has the X on the top. then you grab the vertical edges the X goes out to and scale them inward, in blender you do this by selecting all sides then hitting S/Scale and bring it it, this gives you the most simple star shape you can build off of in a rush. IF you dont care about the poly count(and plan to remake it but want a base) a higher pointed star you can get two cubes, and rotate one so now there is a corner on each side.
you could just use a liiiil bit of sticky tack to keep the layers of the frog-cake a bit more stable! it's non-permanent, so if you wanna stack em you can just peel it off.... even just a lil pin-head's worth in a couple spots for the bigger layers would be enough to keep it stable
I have a suggestion if you are going to do birthday candles again, how about making them appear to be blown out. I just thought because the wicks will be little black stubs and the candles being a little melty would be easier than them having flames. Or you can do them not lit if that’s easier. ❤ Oh! Maybe you can do a candle crown on the cake frogger when you get to the bottom , like the last layer. 🤩

About the eye problem, a creator called "North of the Border" paints on a thin layer of UV Resin on the eyes of his sculptures to get them to have that wet glossy look.

As a stacking suggestion add blue Tack to the bottom of the lighter two its not a permanent stick but it may hold them together better for your videos where you have to carry them.

Love how tall the cake is! To help temporarily stick them together when you hold it up you could use blue tac, museum wax or frog tape.

Glue dots. Put glue dots between the layers to hold them. They're not permanent and peel off plastics easily ❤

If you put a hole down the middle of all of them, except just in the bottom of the top, you could use a dowel to keep them all stacked neatly.
