- Welcome back to Non Euclidean Minecraft, everyone! Today I return to the mods you all know and love me in with a redstone idea! I thought about Minecraft redstone piston doors, and how much exponentially larger they get when you add more layers. I thought to myself whether or not this could be bypassed with the power of the scaled box view command, and, well, here we are! Enjoy the video!

when you are looking for a village I suggest using the /locate command.
For example, you could use /locate drug_dealer

We need a reverse of this where its a 2x2 door, but the boot in actually 20x20 there for making it the slowest and most smooth piston door.

step 1: download non-euclidean minecraft mod
If you don’t want to shoot into the sky when you walk into it, you can set teleportChangesScale to false so your scale is always 1 I think that would work but idk
Teleportchangesscale makes it so he doesn’t scale to the same size as the block when he stands on it
If you do that you will get your head stuck in the block above the portal and suffocate if you try to walk through
So with that off you will just have a piece of trash

I think having two blocks would Make it unpassable. Because it seems like what's happening is you're just stepping onto a block

I would love to see you blow phoenix’s mind more. I love his reaction because he tries to figure it out and doesn’t just get mind blown. For wind blown you need dony or linix or bionic or someone from that group. They will give up right away.
The issue with the shooting up is that when you pass through the portal your hit box is colliding with a block so it should be fixed if you bring the portal forward a little bit so there is a bit of a buffer between the portal and the iron block. That way you stand on the lip of the outside block instead of the inside of the iron block
For how to prevent flying through things: Maybe use two portals, one on either side of the piston, so that when you walk into onto the piston, you're made tiny and walk onto the actual piston (rather than a projection), then have a second portal on the other side to move you back to the doorway and returned to normal size.

Edit: I found ur channel by the starter house tutorial video u made and also the survival series
One thing I could think of you doing, is adding a command block connected to the lever, to place barriers inside the edge of the iron block so you can’t walk through when it shuts. Then another command block that replaces them with air whenever the lever is unpowered.

You can add fence gates at the floor. When they get powered and open you can walk over, when they are closed, they are 1,5 blocks high
Hey CSX, to fix the problem with you shooting up to the ceiling, use this command: "/portal set_portal_nbt {hasCrossPortalCollision:true}" while looking at the portal face. Also, the command HAS to have the proper capitalization (I don't know why it has to be, but just make sure).
After reading the immersive portal wiki, I see another command csx can use: "/portal set_portal_nbt {adjustPositionAfterTeleport:false}" to the ceiling, then if the piston door close when one is still inside, one can make that guy suffocate.
I like mods, like inmersive portals to make non euclidean minecraft english content, also I like piston doors like Mumbo Jumbo redstone designs

Also, my recommendation for the rising glitch... Use a command block that just places barrier blocks in it's place when the Piston gets the signal

your best option is to change the portal's destination backwards a tiny bit so you collide with the block before going through
"/portal set_portal_destination -0.004" should be enough

You need to have the box be slightly larger than the block. It's essentially trying to open a portal into a block, so passing through places you into the block. Weird physics then pushes you up. If there's a smallish gap between the iron block and the portal, you instead just collide with the block

To make it so you dont walk into the door when its shut:
1. Get a repeating command block (/give @p minecraft:repeating_command_block)
2. Place it under your lever
3. Right click it and type "fill [enter coordinate 1] [enter coordinate 2] barrier"
4. Make sure the things in brackets are just like the /fill command you did in the video except make the coordinates the door
5. Also make sure the command block is set to Repeating, Unconditional, Needs Redstone
6. Click the done button
Now it should work
You gotta check out the Create mod with Immersive Portals. Unfortunately last I checked Create was only available for Forge, not Fabric, and the Forge version of Immersive Portals didn’t work together well with the Forge version of Pehkui, but that was a few weeks ago when the Pekhui first became available on Forge, so any of those things may have been fixed by now.

I think if you add solid color ground in front and behind piston and extend the outline of it in that direction i think that will solve the problem since you'll scale before hitting the door.

If you're inside a block like a iron block you get launched in the air just like items, you could try and make the scale of the portals bigger that would do the trick

I think that the reason that you clip through the block is that you teleport into the block, so you'd just have to make a "rim" around the piston, so you teleport beside the wall, not into the wall.

I think if you pull the portal and portal destination back by a small amount, it will make it so you don't get teleported inside the iron block when walking into it, and it might fix the problem.

U should make a series where u build and expand a house with non euclidean stuff each episode, and it’s one build per episode, but a detailed look at the build, more detailed than it already is, I mean. Also nice skin, if u ever need an update tot he skin HMU, I play on Xbox but I found a way to make skins on The Skindex so if u happen to post it there at anytime I could try and update it, I’m not the best but I try
