    LOL.. I do all of the above, (except I take notes) but I still end up in the room with pt for sometimes 20 minutes because sometimes they just don't stop talking-- or they come in with 5 chief complaints and I mention that we can only address 2 but they STILL throw the other 3 in... I am trying to learn how to manage this better,. I guess that's the part of the art of medicine haha. Thanks for the great tips, I hope they pay off in my career. :) PS i work in urgent care
