    Republican lawmakers need to step up or they will be stepping out! Cut taxes, spending, deficit spending and pay down the deficit. The result will be substantial economic growth and prosperity. The people you work for and pay the bills will accept nothing less. Get it? Got it? Get after it!

    There is a history of what he's saying here doesn't work. Kansas tried it and had to abandon it a few years later because of it's negative effect on their states businesses. Reagan's trickle down theory didn't work like everybody thought it would.
