Archaeosapience: To Awaken as Ancient in a Modern Age

Twenty seven years ago, members of alt.horror.werewolves speculated on the possibility of weres with prehistoric phenotypes in a community thread known as “Odd musing: weres of extinct animals?”. It was through this thread that the term “paleotherianthropy” came into being. While this experience exists specifically in context to animality, I pondered one thing as both a paleotherian and a paleofictionkin: what about ancient folk as a whole? This panel will focus on the newly established label “Archaeosapien” and how it relates to those of us whose alterhumanity is intrinsically rooted in prehistory, antiquity and all things ancient.
