Yea, as a long-time player the gacha tends to give you a lot recycled dupes and make you wahle for this game, but only sometimes they would give you something nice once in a while.
Yeah, playing this game long enough you'll know these 7 step up% don't really give you any 4 star MS, it's all RNG gacha unless you're going for the final step for Hi-Nu.
Does the step up banner or the regular banner have better rates for the hi-nu? I won't have enough tokens for the full 7 step guarantee so which is better to spend tokens on?
You can get it in both normal or step up banner by RNG but the % is whatever either you get lucky or Bandai steal your tokens sadly, if you want the hi nu 7th step up is 100% guarantee with extra parts. It's a hard choice and up to yourself to poll or not. That all I can say after playing GBO2 for 5 years now.
