How to fix High RPM

Idle air control valve
At some point you might notice the tachometer fluctuating and bouncing back and forth, while engine sounds like it's sputtering. Faulty IAC Valve can lead to difficult engine starting especially in cold weather condition. Again, it sometimes comes with an erratic idling and can prevent the engine from achieving stable speed for perfect ignition in the combustion chamber.
