- Ingredients! Full cream milk 2 cups, thickened cream. It's a regular whipping cream which is used in desserts 250g, kewra water 1-1 ½ ts (optional), greek yogurt ½ cup, 2tbs full poppy seeds, 8-10 whole dried red chillies, ½ cup of almonds. 10-12 green cardamoms, 6 cloves, 1ts salt, ¾ ts black pepper powder, ½ ts white pepper powder, 1½ ts grounded garam masala (Look at its recipe in chicken curry recipe). Long green chillies 2-3, 12-14 curry leaves, 1whole garlic, 1½ inch ginger, 2 md onions

just now finished cooking white qorma. it is different for sure. mixing everything in a bowl after grinding is very important step because i forgot to add ginger garlic paste in the recipe. found it later near my grinder. but trust me it still taste good and i will cook it again. definitely in a dinner party. thank you
Hello mam , cooked white qormah yesterday night with minor change of adding ground cashews instead of almonds after masala was cooked a little also took great care not to allow cashews paste to stick at bottom or curdle and I must say its a keeper recipe . Thanks a lot for sharing , God bless .

aam nahin bus dawat waghaira ke liye acha hai bohot. werna in main, doodh, cream, dahi ye aaj ke dor mein zara khaternaak cheezain hain. banta to bare maze ka hai rich :)
@virajs, yes you can use what you cook with everyday, i dont know abot beef, it takes long to cook

This recipe is for one medium to large SZ chicken. Add freshly crushed black paper to get the right color. Good luck, let me know!

@mdirtydogg, these kind things are not to be made regularly. Once on a while for dinner parties they are eye catching and unique. Homemade is still better than having a takeaway. Person’s regular routine diet matters. Thanks for writing

It absolutely is a mouth watering dish and I have no doubt whatsoever that it will taste heavenly.It's a heart clogger with all the fats.That's not a criticism,BTW.

We have these seeds for years and years. I was regularly growing vegetables but these days I am very scared to do gardening because of snakes. They can be any where any time. I still do go to pick my vegetables. Only snakes beans are tasty beans to cook I dont like others. I will try to make them soon. Inshaallah

@hirubhaiambani, its good dish for a dinner party, more of a loud, good looking unique dish, taste well as well :) you are right. not good for routine cooking. I rather vacuum my house daily and mop to lose some kgs :)
1 MD-L chicken is good for 8 people. what do you want to make with rice? if pulao i take 1 kg meat and 4 1/2 -5 cups rice basmati.

It this recipe it wont matter much if you dont have popy seeds! Kofte can not be made without them. try this recipe without them you will be alright! Good luck!

must add water to the meat, to make it soft, rest is all the same.
Take 1 ½ kg chicken for this amount of ingredients. I personally dont know the flavor of white paper. I am not sure what kind of difference its going to make. Good luck making it.
@Bajiascooking Helo Bajia, well outside India bahut jagah South Indians jab butter chicken (which is a north indian dish) banate hai to usmein coconut milk aur curry patta etc. dalte hai. Generally jo authentic butter chicken hai, jo ki na North India ke saare gharo mein aur restaurants main milti hai, usme cream padhta hai. RUclips mein Vahchef ne jo video lagaya hai vo ekdum authentic hai...aap chahein to dekh sakti hai.
