My uncle lived there for 17 years. He used to send me photos when I was a kid. I'm from Israel. He's Jewish. He always was so proud of being a New Yorker, he told me about the entire culture, I felt in love with Hip hop music and break-dance because of his stories. I'd like to hear more about the struggle and how you saw this from your own non Jewish perspective living there alongside them, what were the challenges etc. Anyway, this video gave me chills, thank you :)

I grown up on 201 Eastern Parkway and it’s is such a Beautiful place to be as a child and my memories I have there is hauntingly beautiful and wish I can return there and rise a family of my own in such a colorful and sun filled neighborhood….

I Used to visit my friends on Nostrand and Eastern Parkway around 2 am Then head home. lol. I miss Bk. I cant wait to move back!
