Yes I tried this and it does not stay. Since I have longer hair I thought it might work better because the lower pieces you tuck in over the top towards the end would be incorporated into the braid thus making it more secure but it still would not hold together. I also tried it on my friends hair which is a very similar length (edit: to this dolls hair) and it too would not stay in place. Any movement by the wearer causes style to begin to fall apart. I had to put in Bobbie-pins to try to secure the hair but that ended up ruining he soft lines of the finished look with lots of hair pieces more taught then others. I’d love to see how this hairdresser would complete this on a real head because it is pretty!!
