- Judge Robert C.I. McBurney in Atlanta will hear a challenge on Tuesday morning to two new rules passed by the Georgia State Election Board.
A suit brough by Democrats alleges that the new rules, revolving around the process for certifying election results at the county level, could "turn the straightforward and mandatory act of certification" into a "broad license for individual board members to hunt for purported election irregularities of any kind, potentially delaying certification."

Judge is a radical democrat that the Georgia Supreme Court has overruled many times. He is an activist judge like so many these days.

If republicans can’t win, they’ll make voting tougher by shutting down polling stations, voting booths, and try to pass all the laws they can to make it more difficult-which makes it more difficult for Trump voters too as we learned in 2020🤣🤪
