    So let suppose, user sends message now 24hrs window is open after which if business sends a normal message (not template) do business need to pay? And also I read somewhere whatsapp provide 1000 free message after which money gets deducted.

      When a user sends a message first, you won't need to pay anything. You will only need to pay the conversation charges if you decide to respond to the user. It is when the business responds to the user that the conversation charges will apply and the conversation window will open the exact second when the business responds and will be active for the next 24 hours.     WhatsApp official pricing says they charge 0.35 per utility conversation,
    considering in our business case we will mostly be using BIU with utility as a conversation category. how do we will be charged for 55 paise when WhatsApp charges only 30 paise (BIU message for post-delivery).     Suppose i have a chat bot setup on my number were i display all my products so if customer initiated the chatbot and is continusally have conversations with chat bot and i have crossed my 1000 free msg limits so i would be chagre 0.35 rs for only 1st reply the reply that chat bot is giving to customer?

      If you're sending a Marketing message, it's going to cost your Rs 0.80 x 1000 = Rs 800 for sending 1000 messages. This money is charged directly by WhatsApp. Besides this, there's a platform fee depending on the plan you choose which starts at Rs 999.

    If we take API WhatsApp Business then we will not have any problem in adding groups etc and in bulk sharing.

      Through WhatsApp API you can only send messages to contacts individually, not in groups. This means you can send broadcast to 1 lakh users in one go and the messages will be delivered in their personal WhatsApp chat.

      You can view all this in the AiSensy Dashboard. Whenever you send a Broadcast, a part of your WhatsApp Conversation Credits will reduce. You can view them from the AiSensy Dashboard itself on the bottom right section.

      Your number won't get blocked if you Broadcast via an official Solution like AiSensy. However, if you Broadcast multiple times a day & your customers start blocking you, only then your number might be at a risk of getting blocked by WhatsApp.

    what will happen if within 24 hour windows, user send a new message and business responds to that message also. Suppose User send a message a 9:00 am and business responds at 10:00 am (same day), then user again send a message at 10:30 am (same day) and business responds at 11:00 am (same day). In this case what will be conversation count ? 1 or 2 ?

      It will be considered as a single conversation. You can interchange thousands of messages within the 24 hour window with that user but you'll only be charged once.
