I agree with all the comments that praise this very famous and absolutely outstanding performance. The flow is simply the best. What an example to try to emulate!

Gao Jia Min is one of the best performers I have seen on the Internet. This video is at least 20 years old.

The amount of training practice and dedication to make this look so easy is awesome and her spinal ripple during the Chen style punch is advanced Phenomenal performance cheers for posting I used to havr the DVD in the Prof Le Deyin book

This is simply the best demo of the 42 form I have seen. BTW she is the queen of tai chi in China.

I bought the VCD on my first trip to China in 2002. Still got it around somewhere. There are 2 discs that explain each step in detail. Both in normal speed and slow motion and indepth explanation by what I believe must be her teacher. Interesting to find it here.

她练太极拳练得非常美。对身体很好。对精神也非常好。 Tàijíquán is indeed very good both for physical health and for the mind. For those interested, there are lots of similar videos on baidu. Also 气功 which predates Tàijí by centuries.

It is a competition form, which is a combination of 4 family styles of tai chi. Yang, Chen, Sun and Wu.
