You're doing great with these interviews Fred, but one thing I'd suggest is trying to talk a little slower. This will come with time when you have more practice and continue to feel more comfortable with interviewing. I've been interviewing athletes for a major newspaper in the US for years now and I always struggled with talking too fast at the beginning. Keep it up
