Nice video, I've just bought one of these cameras and I was worried the auto exposure might blacken the ground but it looks good. How did you adjust the focus? The lens doesn't look like it would turn and I don't want to force it.

The lens do turn, but you have to be careful and peel off any glue resedue when loosening the lens.
yours seems to have a constantly bad frame rate, mine does that choppyness about once every 10 seconds.
with only 26 fps in hardware and 30fps in software there is a constant missalignment in the video flow.
