    Great stuff! I thought in the end you were gonna show how you approach the note (Root or 3rd) of each chord with the modes or pentatonic over the progression. I hope there’s a part two!

      @iggydisalvo  19 дней назад +1

      Indeed this is a very good suggestion for a part 2 :)

      Yeah a part 2 is needed to explain that

      I actually did that on my own and I thought it was eye opening I did 3rd, 5th and 7th of each chord

    Thanks for the excercises.
    The BEGINNING of the video is where my journey has me now and I appreciate the Building Blocks approach to see the Fret Board.
    The Key
    The 3Majors 3Minors Diminished of the Key
    The 5 Positions of the Pentatonic
    The 7 Modes
    The Chords
    The Appregios
    I find you used the 3NPS for the Modes and I believe there is a pattern that can be done where you have 3W, 2U, 2Ring.
    Not sure if you are familiar with that but this was a great tutorial to establish how to practice and Master the Building Blocks of the Fret board with a Backing Track
    Much appreciated..

    Just to clarify on the modes usage in this lesson.
    Are you playing each mode with G as the Tonic, so G Lydian and G Minor
    ..or are you playing G major starting on different root notes. So G Major, A Dorian, B Phrygian etc?
    I'm suspecting the second one?
