All knowing is within experience. We are what we experience, but we don’t OWN experience. We cannot know without experience. Consciousness is pure experience independent of cognition.
@@CJ0101 Cognition is knowing because you (must?) know what you experience. The confusion arises with questions of identity, as in, “who is doing the thinking.” The ontological question as to what thinking might be, is the question of who is doing the questioning.

Being an alcoholic happens , the “ character” goes on as is what is , and there is no one doing nothing as well as whatever means we give tho the apparent action of drinking is just a story , so drinking or meditating are the same🎉 is that so Richard?
