This is Badass!!!!!! I didn't know they made a Commando Figure a Must Have!! Love this movie!
It Would Have Been Cool If You Could Have Been Able To Remove The Vest And Have Him Holding The Combat MG In One Hand And Have Him Holding The Bullet's In His Other Hand.
when this figure was announced I was excited and pre-order one. But then I noticed how similar the figure looked to the Neca Dutch figure and was disappointed. I don't like that the sculpt was reused. I would have preferred a Raw Deal figure or Total Recall figure which would've been an entirely new sculpt.
+Joshua Hernandez Yeah, it's kind of a bummer that they just did a total reuse of the Dutch sculpt. Would've been nice if they included a new head or an extra head perhaps. Even some slight variations in the sculpts would've been cool, but as far as a reused sculpt goes, it was still done quite well and he still looks great in my opinion as a Commando figure. I would've loved a few more accessories like an Uzi and his binoculars.
Hi! Can you replace its head with other NECA figures? Thanks
Spent an arm and a leg on this. Worth it!
This is an awesome figure and I bought a couple of these around the time I made this video as I also loved the packaging! But I recently sold one of my extras as I saw how much they were going for now and needed the cash. Still, it's a great figure from a great movie! As long as you totally enjoy the figure, hopefully it will justify the price you had to pay for it! Congrats on the pick up!
@@MarlotheCollector totally justified brother, one of my favorite movies of all time, just started collection of 80s and 90s action heroes and this was an essential piece
Neca did a awesome job on this figure :)
+eSeReS Yeah, I have to agree! If you're a fan of Schwarzenegger and Commando, this is a fun little figure still meant for adult collectors without the adult price! ;)
I can`t really justify getting the Hot toys version what with major space issues but this Neca version is nice n small and awesome!
+deanknight333 Dean, this Neca version if very affordable which is a big plus and for those that have space issues, it should fill that need to have a nice Commando figure in the collection pretty good. With a little customizing, this could be improved with some paint tweaks, and a few more accessories like an Uzi, Shotgun, binoculars, mortar bags, etc...! LOL! :)
Is yours joints really loose on mine just about every joint is extremely loose especially his feet which is a 1st then his left hand the plastic is white from stress where the ball joint hole is wrong and over to far which is a mold problem and wondering if all are that way or i just got a flook if its just mine im gonna contact neca for a replacement or just go buy another but if all are like that i will just have to live with it i guess but that sucks i have alot of Neca's and never had 1 with the problems commando has and ive been waiting for an action figure of hime in 7 inch for a ubber long time
+Jacob Hayden I don't have any problem with mine really. You might just have a bad one, so if possible, try to return it where you bought it and exchange it for another if possible. It's not uncommon for Neca figures to often have bad paint jobs or some kind of broken part or joint from time to time.
If you was to buy this exact figure on eBay in the uk it would set you back around £125, so it was a good investment as the sale price has gone up a lot from the original RRP
Wow! Can't believe it has gone up that much! Glad I picked up two at the time. I kept one sealed in package and the other I opened up for play as seen in this video! ;)
I have this figure. I always thought the camp cream was not dark enough.
looks good, thx for sharing, peace.
+newborncollector Thanks, bro! It's a fun little figure with lots of the bells and whistles of the higher end 1/6 HT figure, but at a very small fraction of the price!
I saw this figure in FYe i dont NO why i didn't grab it it WAS right there.
good work soldier ...
+Ademir Stabury Thanks, buddy! :)
Is the glossy plastic supposed to make it look like he's sweating? Because all it does is make the figure look cheap.
I'm guessing it's to make him look like he's all sweaty. But if you don't like it, you might wanna try to spray him down with a matte finish clear coat to get rid of that glossy look. I have a second figure in my collection and I might just give that a try myself. ;)
@@MarlotheCollector Thanks for the advice.
You got it. I use this trick often with things in my collection that I feel are too glossy and it dulls them down just nicely.
@@MarlotheCollector I gotta do that with some of NECA's Godzilla figures. Some of those are way to glossy for their own good!
@@switchboard1551 Yup! I agree with you on that one! I have all the Neca Godzilla figures myself and I don't like him looking too glossy or plastic myself. Find a good FLAT/ MATTE clear coat, like the Tamiya flat clear TS-80 or the Testors Dullcote spray lacquer. A couple light sprays should do the trick! ;)
fun fact: arnie last name on the poster was the first time that happend and it became kind of his thing for the rest of his career
+Shamgod1987 That's cool to know! He certainly made his name go from something obscure to a household name..! Gotta admire his brilliance there..!
+Shamgod1987 not to mention that it was the first non-Terminator movie where he uses his signature ''I'll Be Back'' line.
+figment1988 Yeah, this movie really got his reputation for his famous one liners going! More reasons for why I love Commando so much! Classic Arnie with his stardom on the rise..!
+Shamgod1987 Actually that´s not true. The Terminator already had his last name above on the poster. That was the first time, not Commando.
Rogerio Barbosa whoops you're right, i got them confused.
Goood
are you a big fan of Arnold?
Oh yeah! Have always been a fan of his not only in body building, but his many other accomplishments!
