  • This is the one hundred and fiftieth of the remastered Lorcan Film Unit Videos. There is a total of 10 hours worth of film that we hope to publish over time. Unfortunately Leslie Crowe who was the Director and creator of much of this content is no longer with us. So we are hoping to get your help to figure out the places and the names of the people he captured.

    0:51 - the Hole in the Wall, in the Phoenix Park on Blackhorse Avenue. Legend has it, the British Army that were stationed in the park before Independence were unable to leave the park, but were still able to be served beer through the hole in the wall there.
    1:22 - walking past the Abbey Theatre. Looks like a very old Micheál Mc Liammóir.
