I really enjoyed The Dark Knight, the different take on Joker was a cool way to see it. More realistic with his make up wearing off as time goes on. But nice movie picks, haven't heard of some of those but def have to check them out.
think another interesting difference between the vampire and zombie trends lies in the fact that tranformations into either type of creature involves a different level of dehumanization. Zombies have lost all semblance of sentience and are completely dehumanized, thus leading people to justify killing them. But vampires, while dehumanized to some degree mostly due to their cannibalistic tendencies, still retain their human sentience.
You should definitely do a new version of this considering there have been so many new superhero movies since then. Also, I wonder if he ever got round to watching the old Chris Reeve Superman?
IMO the new Joker is really cool. I love the new outfit. In fits to his dramatic story and character. But i love the original Joker, too. He's totally different. But he is awesome in his own way. ^^ The first Batman-movie and The Dark Knight are my all-time favourite Batman movies. Batman Forever I liked too because of the Riddler and TwoFace. But all the other Batman movies I don't like to look. I don't know. I just don't like them very much. Good vid. 5*

I like: The Rocketeer, The Mask, Batman: Dark Knight, Crumb (about the underground comic artist), American Splendor, Watchman, Ghost World, Art School Confidental, Spider-Man I & II, Ironman, Sin City, and Superman I & II, 300, and Hellboy. The Joker's makeup is smeared because he's crazy. I liked Robocop I & II as well. Heck even Howard the Duck is worth a rental for a 80's fun film.
im totally agree with u about m night shyalaman, i think he is a great director, with many creative ideas, and i think all his movies are awesome, and my favorites are signs, sixth sense, the village and the happening, but all his movies are really well done, with good suspense and excellent music.
Must of been disappointed to learn that Heath had his smile all messed up the whole time through Batman forever. But I give the director props there, the point was to make the Joker look creepy. There's nothing more creepier then a fucked up clown.

I just bought Batman and Batman Returns and I LOVED the first one. I havent watched the second one though. Im sure Ill love it though like every other Tim Burton film. About Heath Ledger's Joker role, I thought he looked amaizing because it was more menacing to me because he actually looked like a phsyco.

Remake reboot, semantics. Different director and actors same Hulk story(as in the comics). Trailer looks pretty good. Liked the leaner Hulk far better and the Abomination looks fantastic, although not the original comic version, this new one seems better suited for the movie. Inspired casting choices as well, Ed Norton, Liv Tyler, William Hurt (my fave choice of all), Tim Roth, this looks like it will be a fine movie.

Superman Returns is pretty good....I'd give it a run. You might enjoy Spawn even though I don't, or for comic books try Constantine it's a great horror/superhero hybrid.
A great comic book/super hero movie not many bring up which is one you might not think is ... Tarzan - Legend of Greystroke !! It was made in the mid 1980's ... very good movie that is lost in the shuffle now! Check it out and let me know what you think

I dont think it would have came across the same if he had perfect white commic book style make-up.
