I certainly have a lot on my plate, Tammie! Recently, lower back pain has struck. It has made teaching quite difficult and painful.I love teaching, and its a great opportunity. This has been a busy week. Early starts or late stays. Today is an early start AND a late stay...12 hours at school today. 😢My family just sees me in pain anymore for those few hours they see me.
Please do what is good for you and what serves you. You can not be there for others if you don’t take care of you first! Thank you for being a teacher and guiding the children 💜💜. It’s a hard and rewarding job! Self care my friend is important! Thank you for commenting 🤗💜💜 🙏 🙏
You sound a lot like my daughter/friend. She teaches and works very hard for her school and church. She never works less than 14 hours a day. She goes in extremely early and stays very late. I pray things change for her and for you. Please take good care of yourself. You can't give to everyone else if you don't take care of you first.
