Then they show the talking head saying that part of the reason in the shortage is the lack of student visas and immigrants. No that's the cause of the low wages. If you can't find people willing to do the work at the wage offered the solution isn't to import cheaper labour; it's to raise the wage offered.
we need to get lazy people off gov't subsidies and disability assistance back to work. $1600/mos handout to lazy people at tax payer's expense is unacceptable. We wouldn't have a foreign workers program if people weren't so entitled and lazy.

The carbon tax is designed to have a pool of money to help deal with natural disasters and invest in carbon reduction projects. Im not a fan of it and I dont trust the government to actually use the money for its intended purpose but please stop this idiotic narrative thats its suppose to stop global warming
