There’s been a job change, what do I do? How does California Child Support Services know?

If there has been a change in jobs and either parent is making less or more money, that is considered a change in circumstances and you can request a review of the child support case. Child support orders may be changed due to an increase or decrease in either parent’s earnings, a change in custody, or a change in the amount of time the child spends with each parent.
