Me gusta mirar su canal y usted me recuerda a mi abuela porque a ella le encantaba hacer tortillas de harina y nos ponía a mi y mis hermanos y hermanas a amasar y a estirar las tortillas y si le ayudamos ella nos daba la primer tortilla que salía de cocinar y también a beses nos agarraba nos las tortillas a escondidas y ella ya sabía que estábamos haciendo y era como si tenía ojos atrás de su cabeza y ahora que quiero hacer tortillas no salen como las de mi abuela nosotros le deseamos nana ella para nosotros era nuestra nana y ella ahora tiene dementia y Alzheimer’s disease y ya no nos conoce y pero bien que extraño las comidas simples que nos hacía mi nana y doña esmeralda usted está haciendo un buen trabajo en sus videos gracias porque estoy aprendiendo much de usted y las comidas que hace se miran bien ricas para comer gracias

Hola Esmeralda 👋☺️ muchas veces cuando cosino yo tampoco uso measuring cups. I just measure with my heart 👌.. when your hands hurt, rub some wintergreen rubbing alcohol on them before bedtime 🫶 I hope it helps. Flour tortillas are my favorite. You did great 👍 they look delicious! Enjoy!

All the food is delicious! I haven't made homemade tortillas, in a while my hands hurt a lot. I love cactus, with eggs, and a little chili powder.
