Ibanez FlatV II Josh Smith Interview

As of NAMM 2025 Josh has a Jin/Jan Flat V collection. To his black maple version, he got a white one with rosewood and the softer and slightly compressed sounds. Here is a little chat about the extra option and his approach to play the blues.

Da hat er Recht mit dem Volumenregler und Klarheit. Auch deshalb ist es manchmal besser, nicht outputstarken Pickups hinterherzulaufen, wenn man in hohen Gainstufen unterwegs ist. Mehr ist manchmal nicht besser. Gilt ja auch für den Gainregler.
