    GTS Armor uses an aramid/carbon blend as a crack arresting layer for their ceramic armors.
    The pyroceram could be a weight saver in a shield or face mask that needs to have a ballistic rating.

      @@Armor-Innovations with resin I'm assuming, have you tried hdpe heated and compressed with the fiberglass instead of the resin?

      @@Meop79 yeah its with epoxy, have not tried hdpe-eglass composite before
