Yeah i use the laptops keyboard and i dont see a huge delay (in game about 9ms delay though)
With is less demanding on laptop OBS or NVIDIA

Nah not really, the input delay is just alittle bit noticeable but not that much

I have the 60hz version but I have a 120hz external monitor and my frames are somewhat good but they JUMP ALOT do you have any advice for it

I think i used protanope level 5 in this video but i recommend you not using colorblind modes anymore

Probably 15 to 20 more fps and more stable fps too

can anyone tell me if everything is okay with my laptop? I have a lenovo ip3 i5-11400h rtx 3050 8gb ram and I have an average of 90-120 fps only on the lowest graphics with a resolution of 1280x720 with performance mode
Upgrade your ram to 16 gigs
Your laptop is really good, you should be getting a consistent 165 fps even if you lock it there, your rams probably the problem, how much ram do you have?
