These entries, though samson's more than calpernia's, really show another side to corypheus. His only interraction with us consisted of only threats and taunts. But he's still a leader, and those threats can't carry his followers far, so he convinced them to trust him. That's not a quality you expect to see from monsters.

I’ve been saying it for years, the man is NOT a monster. He’s a driven man, and arguably he wants the exact same thing Fen’Harel wants, just for different reasons
