- Our First Ramadan Experience. . . in INDIA!!
Hi everyone!
This was a special experience for us in our Kerala travel vlogs. We were invited to celebrate Iftar with a family in Kozhikode (or Calicut) Kerala. RAMADAN IN KERALA-- SO COOL! It was such a learning experience for us as we are both foreigner to Ramadan and the celebrations. Hopefully one day we get to celebrate Eid!
We were surprised at the amount of Muslim people who live in India actually, especially in Kozhikode, Kerela. Restaurants, shops, etc were closed until 6:30pm and then the city came to LIFE. People were buzzing through the streets during the cool nights, snacking, drinking shakes, and enjoying family company. It was beautiful to see and really interesting to be part of it.

ഞങ്ങളുടെ കേരള ട്രാവൽ വ്ലോഗുകളിൽ ഇത് ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് ഒരു പ്രത്യേക അനുഭവമായിരുന്നു. കോഴിക്കോട് (അല്ലെങ്കിൽ കോഴിക്കോട്) കേരളത്തിലെ ഒരു കുടുംബത്തോടൊപ്പം ഇഫ്താർ ആഘോഷിക്കാൻ ഞങ്ങളെ ക്ഷണിച്ചു. റമദാനിലേക്കും ആഘോഷങ്ങളിലേക്കും ഞങ്ങൾ വിദേശികളായ ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് ഇത് ഒരു പഠനാനുഭവമായിരുന്നു. ഒരു ദിവസം നമുക്ക് ഈദ് ആഘോഷിക്കാൻ കഴിയുമെന്ന് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു!
യഥാർത്ഥത്തിൽ ഇന്ത്യയിൽ, പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് കോഴിക്കോട്, കേരളത്തിലെ മുസ്ലീം ജനതയുടെ എണ്ണത്തിൽ ഞങ്ങൾ ആശ്ചര്യപ്പെട്ടു. റെസ്റ്റോറൻ്റുകൾ, കടകൾ മുതലായവ വൈകുന്നേരം 6:30 വരെ അടച്ചിരുന്നു, തുടർന്ന് നഗരം ജീവിതത്തിലേക്ക് വന്നു. തണുത്ത രാത്രികളിൽ ആളുകൾ തെരുവുകളിലൂടെ അലഞ്ഞുതിരിയുന്നു, ലഘുഭക്ഷണം കഴിച്ചും കുലുക്കി കുടിച്ചും കുടുംബ കൂട്ടായ്മ ആസ്വദിച്ചും. കാണാൻ മനോഹരവും അതിൻ്റെ ഭാഗമാകാൻ വളരെ രസകരവുമായിരുന്നു.
ഞങ്ങളെ അവരുടെ വീട്ടിലേക്ക് ക്ഷണിച്ച കുടുംബത്തിന് വളരെ നന്ദി!

And it's all compared to Kerala or where I live and I live in an average town in Kerala, Soo it's also crowded sometimes but people have manners, Soo it's easy to navigate... I live in Aroor - Alappuzha by the way
@@Nazrin355 like I've seen almost all parts of Kerala and I've only seen two parts of North India by the way, Soo I've a small experience but I'm telling the truth, I've been two places in U.P and I didn't even got a handshake, by the way I've seen almost all the places in north India and I can guarantee you that 87/100 is not clean compared to Kerala, soo imagine people from United States and British people going there 🙆
