I hate teaming and try to not and Eva is supposed to be a fast Kaiju so really making it's combat around it's speed is really hard to keep balanced but a really good counter to Eva is jet jaguar beta and Ultima if skilled
The way Eva 01 was supposed to be used was to be fast and avoid getting hit but the attacks have a long recharge which somewhat balances it out plus they nerfed Eva's block time by 25%
It is really strong but it honestly could be stronger if they went all in on it's power. It's berserk also really does suck in the game it shows weakness more than a powerful mode and the ultimate attack is completely useless able to be cancelled mid attack by getting hit and you can just block it
@@beaterz5632 it has like, a 330 damage combo, and a ton of hp. It’s a shame most heisei users are new and don’t know how to use it. But yeah, Eva does counter heisei.

Heisei better
Heisei is decent I fought a good heisei Godzilla player and still feel like I had control
