However, L.A ALREADY had a homeless crisis and IMO, they were right to divert funds to help the most desperate & venerable to be found in L.A., as the most desperate of people within L.A. (up until 72hrs ago) were NEVER to be found in areas like Pacific Palisades, Beverley Hills & Malibu. However, nothing stays the same forever & NOW the most desperate (& overnight) are to be found in the likes of Pacific Palisades, Beverley Hills & Malibu, with time, you'll be assisted. But until that time comes and IMO, these people should be grateful & beyond belief, the people running L.A., managed to warn, manage & assist a huge evacuation effort. The death toll could have been unimaginable (considering how fast the fire/s spread) IF the people in charge didn't act as swiftly, like & as they did. I'm not being patronising, but these people should be on their knees and giving non-stop praise & to the Lord, that they got away (quite literally) with their lives. Considering the scale of the devastation & how quickly the fire(s) spread, I don't think these people realise how lucky they are and how close to death they ALL actually came.
