Mr Hoyt, you're such an inspiration! I didn't have my dad's love, but it warms my heart just to see your love for your son. You ran, swam, cycled, and completed the triathlon. There's no prize greater than seeing the smile on your son's face when you finished the race. It's beautiful!

Thank God for Helen who showed us this video. I couldn't stop my tears as I watched it. I used to jog daily even in the rain because I want to compete in a trialathlon one day. My dreams were crushed when an ortopedic surgeon told me that I can forget about walking, much less running for the rest of my life. It was devastating and I have been feeling so handicapped till now. Thank You Lord, for showing me that all things are possible for those who believes and trust in You. Amen.

I wish my kids father would do the same for his kids. He thinks money is love. When I talk he thinks Im jealous of his relationship or I just want him around for me. That's not the case!! This weekend i attended a woman ministry with Elizabeth Talbot as the speaker, and after seeing this video all the women in the room had tears in their eyes..
If humanity had a basic “ elements chart “ Dick would be Platinum ,and his son Gold . It’s so powerful the fathers efforts are so simply pure ,and simple. Naturally they are directed at his son. Meaning the efforts are very focused and so seemingly self serving, not in any critical sense whatsoever . I’m saying , Dick truly loving his son ,and the races efforts , ….the efforts helped so many people Globally , etc. It all became much BIGGER ! It’s really a rarity to see that happen ,be executed , etc . Dick was such a dynamo and extremely powerful man in every sense .
You can, but whether you believe in Him or not, He believes in you and I believe with all of my heart it's Him in you. He IS all the love you feel. He just IS.

The best thing you can do, is love like both of them. They both gave to each other, and that was more glorious than any fame or recognition.
