Good on you for pointing out the differences in play style, if I have had one mosy common question asked by new players it would be wheather or not to play with a group. Very helpful and well structured sir, thank you.
Playing solo is the best way to play imo, don’t have shouting teammates in my ears 24/7 and I can do whatever I want. Only downside would be the constant offlines I get.
You still get offlined with teammates I play as a duo/trio and get offlined by massive groups
The amount of poeple that use Zen on that game is ridiculous.

Cant even play it atm. 20 weekly servers for the whole of Europe.....literally every server is max pop all the time.
Around 7-10 servers for OCE, philopino people use them aswell. We used to have 20 something servers to nothing.

Pretty decent video unfortunately I’ve never had a full rust experience almost 1K hours in and I’ve never done a rocket raid never done Bradley never done heli because I just get offline by clans. But is what it is .
I have 600 hours and ive done everything, usually with my trio or a quad
I know it's not the same but you could always try a pve server until you get the hang off it
@@DayzScum-fd5dv it’s not really that I’m good at the game my PvP is decent and I can do just about everything. But can’t seem to progress without getting offlined.
@rileyxchannel I feel ya I've resorted to using suicide external tcs 1×2s around base to hold the goodness it doesn't stop the offlines but it makes it a very expensive offline raid

Better idea, get your own server and password lock it. Been doing this for almost a year and i have way more fun as a solo. When it's force wiped every 3 months, start again. Pick a different map, adjust the settings a bit, mess around and practice the monuments. Develop your own style.

@NoobStudios414 umm no. Rust is a game that you can do whatever your imagination says you can. It's pvpve. You've obviously not seen any of what the long term streamers have done in the 11 years that it has been around. Get a clue bro. Having your own server makes it easier to get used to the game, get used to and practice everything that one would need to practice. Test new mechanics. It's only beneficial. In conclusion, there is more than one way to play a survival game with the way rust has been built. Open your mind a bit and don't knock others for playing it the way they want to play.

Im am ex console player and can tell you that console rust is a xim wasteland, stay away from it if you dont want to lose your mind.
I agree and these xim kids don't realize when they get to PC the movement is different you can just run side to side on PC rust like you can on console. Peaking corners slows you down you can't jiggle peak as quickly on console having a xim is so broken because you can crouch spam strafe side to side 5 feet in each Angle instantly and also be very accurate simultaneously it's B's they haven't don't anything about it and also they lie and say it's only 1 percent lmao we play this game every day my guy I'm sure we know what 1 percent looks like and it definitely ain't 20 people in each server are xim/zen because there definitely is also I play on PC aswell
Honestly d11 is trash. Im tired of being nice you've had years with zero results the graphics are horse shit the servere are laggy the invalids are constant they added vendies without increasing the map size or pop size which ruined fair progression. Ruining the economy of the servers They arent doing anything about massive clans killing off server pops by offlining. The cheating is at an all time high . Zero ddoss protection. The graphics are pixelated and the textures are flickering the fps nd fov and aim fov isnt the same as pc the camera Angle is also not head height it is dog shit the sound quality is trash you cant tell if they're above or below you and also the footsteps are loud af the ai still shoots through pixels belive me the ai in pc doesnt do as much damage and is way less accurate. Also when firing a weapon you cant see any tracers. That would also help with the bow btw. And im suppose to say oh this game is great i love the graphics i love the cheating problem. i love that the devs could give a shit about the game. If this is the reault of giving a shit we need a different dev team enough with this half assed dei bullshit.
