He got arrested and charged and fined for filming outside a court building, he was not inside, but he was within the property line and he had refused to stop filming and pointing his camera through the glass doors.
AB ended up being fined for exactly the same thing though he refused more I believe. It isn't hard to look up these things and should be common sense in most cases, even Marti B and his trolls were banned for 5 years from filming at courts with their CBO 😂

Having worked in the legal profession for many years let me explain a few things. The security guard was “probably” trying to explain where the Court precinct boundary is as it can be anywhere a judge deems it to be. If the security guard had half a brain he would politely explain the “grid” is by convention where it is. If the Court precinct is “the grid” - by filming the other side of it you could be committing Contempt of Court.
Well there has to be significant signage to let people know, otherwise you would have to criminalise every person walking past that has a camera phone in their pocket or people taking selfies etc etc. If the security can’t articulate the boundaries either, then any charges are null and void.
