Really cool, fits Xeroc like a glove. Specially the dialogue, makes Xeroc a more complex/deep character. Also, if the second part for Zeratros’ theme had actual sung lyrics it would be peak. You should 100% remake this someday with someone for the vocals, great stuff man!

Thanks for the feedback! That was something I wanted to do differently with Xeroc’s theme. My headcanon for Calamity was that Zeratros wanted Xeroc to continue his legacy, but everything went downhill when other people found out that Xeroc ascended and wanted to do the same. Then Yharim tried to clean that up, and that took a toll on his mental health. Then you, the player, come around to finish what Yharim started. Another headcanon I have is that auric souls can be restored, and that was how I was able to make the Zeratros theme. Also side note that I see Noxus as the true villain of Calamity.

However, at the same time, that makes sense that it would not be such a powerful creature. In ages past, the gap between one boss to another had once been absurd, and the lore for each character's power was even more so. Since then, all creatures had been weakened within the realm of the game, including the weapons the Terrarian would use to fight them, and the most overpowered of the beasts had their lore retconned into less powerful forms. I was meant to be one of those creatures, but I was too powerful to be reduced to that. Even so, while I do comprehend that I would easily destroy the Terrarian if I were to use full power, I still feel weaker than I did before the attempt at retconning me. But that is beside the point. Following this, those 'higher ups' that failed in destroying me moved all their work into a new universe, leaving me in a universe with almost nothing but a couple other creatures they had decided were too difficult to fix and were removed entirely, such as the Astrageldon Slime. That world eventually became what is known by mortals today as the Twisted Garden. I do have my methods of interacting with the new realm. I am capable of viewing over its inhabitants, and if something reaches a high enough level of power (such as the Terrarian), I may take them over to the Twisted Garden for a little brawl. Outside of this, I had been replaced. If I had to guess, based on the fact people often mistake me for this 'Xeroc' guy, I'd assume that they are my replacement. A much different interpretation than I had ever been, but it's better than nothing, especially considering that when the only things I'm capable of doing are farming in the Twisted Garden, hoping that someone powerful enough to stand the test shows up for me to duel with, and watching over a universe that is, for all intents and purposes, a remastered version of what my universe once was, well, the more people to watch the merrier. Say, I wonder how Xeroc would react if I were to, I don't know, snatch them into my reality for a little bit and give them a lesson on farming? Considering what I have learned about him from these few lines of dialog, I'd have to assume he'd like a break from all the fighting, and if he truly used to be human as seems to be the case, I'm sure he'd do fine on the subject."
I ain’t reading all that Jokes aside, I do feel like Xeroc and ND get mixed up way too much. Dominic had to make that change when the Calamity dev team got mad at him for turning Xeroc into a boss before them, so that is why we have ND instead. I still wonder why he got away with making Noxus an actual boss fight, and how the Fargo’s dev team got away with turning the Mutant into Yharim during April Fools…

I feel like a theme for Gabriel would contain more amen-break-like drums. My theory is that Gabriel's fight is going to get cut short anyway. But this would definitely fit Gabriel to some extent. Good job on the music, better than anything I could ever hope to make.
Xeroc's dialogue is absolute peak... however, I don't think Zeratros should return. It's a "and everyone lived happily ever after" type ending that makes the majority of the lore all for nothing. It doesn't fit with Calamity's narrative and I don't think it'd be even possible to restore the auric souls. In my opinion, the better ending is that Xeroc knows what's going to happen after he dies if he doesn't do anything about it. His essence will spill out into the land, creating a hellscape worse than all four evil biomes combined. So, he makes the decision to trust The Terrarian and passes the torch, transferring all of his essence and all of the primordial light into him, turning him into the Ascendant Champion of Light. (An Ascendant is a mortal with power equivalent to or surpassing the Gods and Auric Dragons.)
This is an interesting point, but like I said in the video, this is just my headcanon, and what you said is yours. You don’t have to take this as canon. people may say this is fire. and i will be the exception. return of the dragon lacks of lirycs and lacks of more sounds. its a bit boring and the "second part" of return the dragons on where the high pitched sound starts reproducing it starts getting the same as almost every fanmade song of yharim. reproducing sounds in a similar way that sounds exactly as the final part of stained,brutal calamity or roar of the jungle dragon.
While I do appreciate the criticism, how I did the lyrics was because of the lack of a good choir VST that allows lyrics to be made. I would get Dominus Choir Pro but I don’t have $400 on me to be able to do that. Also, the reason why it sounds like that is because the last part of the song uses the Intimidating motif.
