Many thanks to @ronievil @mateus-hiperbole now we have more tools for modding, and I really need to learn more about CE, Blender, Hex editing, and whatever coding stuff to realize what I want, like making real new moves from action movies.
The next update will not be very soon so yeah... Please report bugs here and I will fix that as soon as possible.

Bro, God Hand can only change the Azel costume, the karate and carnival costumes actually get stuck when loading changing costumes, I play it on PS2, that's the only problem, the others are safe, mod thank you😄
The karate or tiger joe can't use in the console ps2 because boyka has change the code became 00 in the hex editor, you just can use the tiger joe skin in the emulator like a pcsx2 and aethersx2
