Wow you guy's found a lot and Christine you're dedication will pay off with some nice gold bling , hopefully very soon, but you definitely earned a couple of cup cakes thanks for sharing with us a great days diggin at the beach, have a fantastic weekend 👍✊👌
We always seem to find tons of stuff. Just need to hit a couple nice targets soon. It really doesn't matter that much because we have so much fun. Thanks...
Hey... I have the same hat. I wear it when I metal detect and Kayak. Glad to see you are using Minelabs. What a great hobby. Outdoors, exercise and sun. The snow has melted up here in Sandpoint, Idaho. Time to metal detect for sure. Keep up the wonderful videos. Cupcake time?!?!?
Yes, this is a pretty good hat. The flap stays down and helps the neck. I am def enjoying the Minelab detectors. Now that the weather is getting better for you, get out and find some cool stuff!!!
Next time I come home we are getting together and Christine and I will be enjoying cupcakes on the beach!! Fun hunt, nice $1 in one scoop!!! SCORE! xoxo cricket
I love seeing my old stomping grounds. I metal detected there in the late 70's. Things sure have changed there. I spent a lot of time on that beach and pier.
Hey guys, really fun video. You can make your scooping easier by digging and then tossing the sand out with your foot. Then you rescan the hole. Saves you a ton of bending and sifting.
Christine, save the little smooth seaglass pieces. You can wire wrap you a bracelet really easy! Just wrap each piece with a tiny loop and you can use jump rings to attach to a charm bracelet. AC Moore has the wire, finding and bracelets. Easy peasie!
On the beaches along the coast of Santa Cruz county,(North Central, Monterey Bay area). Wear foot protection... Santa Cruz is in the midst of a very serious heroin epidemic.. Used syringes litter the sand as well as the beautiful redwoods above the city...😪💔 PS.Christine !!! Stick with cupcakes 😋... You two have something very special... Kinda reminds me of Burns and Allen...(I just revealed my age 🤫)!!! Keep on keeping on.
Ha....regarding Burns and Allan. Yes, I always went barefoot in the past. I now wear water shoes and I am going to get her some as well. There is too much trash on the beach these days to risk it....thanks
Thanks. Was a very nice day. Looking forward to the next trip. May have to bring a cupcake to the beach for when Christine loses energy. Not that that happens...lol
I did not hear a thing..lol but yeah we got to play with our toy cars when we get home..If she used a sandscoop it would have been a pile of quarters and not a dime..You two dug a lot of the beach..
Love watching your videos! I haven’t taken my Nox to the beach...yet but I’m really looking forward to it. I’ve noticed you’ve had a couple different scoops in your videos-which do you prefer?
That's called a headstamp bill on the 12-gauge round that you found there on the beach. I find them here along the Arkansas River going back to the 1880s all the time.
Hi! Just subscribed from TX! I've been watching your videos and look forward to more in the future! I just picked up a vanquish 540 and have been digging up my yard! I'm curious if any park or location has told yall not to dig or metal detect?
Thanks for subscribing and congrats on the 540. Here in Ca I have had no issues so far regarding park employees. Also, I make a point to chat the staff up. Finally, I don't tear up their grass which helps keep them happy.
I just bought my Garrett Pro and it got delivered, but someone stole it. It never got delivered. Soooo, I started buying rolls of coins and I finally got some silver! 2 half dollars and 3 silver dimes!
I actually use the AT Pro and it is the large coil that came with it. the 8 x 11. This was my first detector and is rather old. They probably have updated coils since around early 2000s when I got mine.
No...the pinpointer is durable. The point was Christine spent so much time hunting for that coin. We had sand scoops so she could have had it real quick. If you are trying to cover a lot of ground, doing it that way is very time intensive....that is all...
i turned my tent stake into a crevice tool. if you want $$$$ some cardboard and a marker. you dont have take off you gold rings. they just give you $$$. have a good day
Nothing wrong with using the pin pointer and dropping one in the sand won't hurt it at all. Using the scoop is good but sometimes you get those really small earrings or something that keep falling thru
True....But, I have to give her a hard time. She does a decent job hunting and has def gotten way better at it. Oh, and yes, we both have struggled with a tiny object(s) and they can drive you crazy...lol
@@한국7312 I do use the method in the wet a lot. Not always on film. Usually when I am solo. Hard to film because I hold the camera but may have to try out my chest harness.
$1 scoop! Beats my record. 200 views in an hour is also impressive. I hope someday my vids get that sort of traction. Just keep digging (in my best Dory voice). Lol on the tent stake wrap up! 😂🤪😂🤪🤪
I like the Xtreme..However, I was just sent a new one to try out. I will get out and test it within the week and post the opinion. I will let you know.
If you look at my Instagram you will see a recent pic of three scoops. The Royal Manufacturing scoop which is the round one is my first. If you like it and need a scoop you can have it. We would just need to figure out a time to meet up.
The beach zamboni A.K.A chain snagger they are old potato harvesters converted into beach cleaners, at least that is what they started with, they may have evolved the technology some. Google beach glass jewelry you might find some ideas of things to make. Very scary watching Christine digging in the sand like that to many needles for me to ever do that.
Interesting conversion from potato to trash.... Thanks for the tip. Now I have been saving tent stakes and glass. Who knows what I will create. I told her not to dig with her hands.
So fun! Great hunt! Thanks for taking us along!
Great beach day with lots of finds. Make sure to watch the bonus footage at the end where Christine demonstrates how not to treasure hunt! LOL

the two of you should have a challenge where both of you detect a beach with separate detetors and see who gets the best finds.
