Looks nice, I like the shape of the head. No need to feel bad if a product fails on camera. It's important that potential buyers see what they are potentially getting.

i dont think its a waste of time when a product fails on camera, to be honest i think its all part of reviewing. Some products survive, some dont, I think its actually very helpful for us when we see a tool fail during these reviews, it shows that you are unbiased. On a side note, your knife reviews are top quality, i have so many eafengrows and DC53 knives because of your reviews! 😂

Great! I just need to be careful cause of my health issues. I don’t need an axe head coming loose and hitting me. It would not be good.

A tell if the axe manufacturer knows what they are doing is if the grain of the piece of wood goes vertically through the entire handle, top to bottom. I’m not sure this is the case around the head of this particular sample. It’s critical to pick the right piece of wood to make a sturdy handle fit for purpose. I agree, it’s frustrating to find out that you are wasting your time on a faulty product.

Dont get this. For 20 bucks you can goto Home Depot and get a synthetic black handle Husky. Pick out the best one… take it home and sharpen it to your liking.

I would disagree completely.. Love the channel, but frankly i think it should always be open and transparent in all reviews, when they fail let them fail. Dont have partiallity of hoping everything is a top tier product, because frankly if the suppliers and mfg companies care about their products then they will invest in appropriate qc processes.
As an example, i ordered a wicing axe months ago and the grind was so bad lopsided it was rediculous, and there was a 1/4" gap in the ha dle fit.. it was just rediculous.. and i let people know dont invest in that company products
