Bright white is used throughout the interior design of this apartment. It is a color that connote newness, cleanliness and other feelings of refreshments. At the same time, the furniture and other items in the living area give off a retrospective feeling and resemble retro interior design, a style that draws on past trends to create a new modern look. The contrast between bright white and the retro feel of the living area is surprisingly interesting. I like how the interior designer carved out a space specifically for the refrigerator ( 6: 35 ). Regrettably, there is open thing I don't like about the floor plan of this apartment. That is: there is no window in the living area; to let natural light in, you will need to open the sliding door that partitions the living area and the sleeping area. There is no other way to let natural light and fresh air into the apartment. Also, imagine that your friend is visiting you, and the two of you want to go out to the balcony, have a drink and watch the sunset at the same time. You have to go through your "bedroom" as well. (I don't know how other people feel about this, but it would make me feel that my privacy has been intruded ) This is essentially an open concept floor plan. The good thing is that monthly rent for the newly built apartment is cheap, and the place is also very close to major transportation. Interesting content. Thanks for sharing!

玄関靴箱のレイアウト良き。下にはブーツ🥾置くとか湿気る物を置くのが便利。あ…長いのは入らないか😅
キッチンは、ややコンパクトながは使いやすそう。コンロの２口が斜めが良い。
キッチン横のウォークインが…使い勝手良さそう。コンセントありましたっけ？ワークスペースや趣味に転用出来そう。
なのに普通のクローゼットも必要充分。
やっぱりお家賃は少し高め…😅😅
またまた白いお部屋。
家具がおいてあると住んでるときのイメージが湧きやすいですね。
それも素敵のばかり。
収納のアイデアもいただきました。
荷物が多かったのでその使い方気づかなかった。
玄関から、ベランダまでの細長い1LDKはあまり好きではないのですが、これだけ収納があって、水回りも使いやすくて、白くて圧迫感が削減されてはじめて住めるかな、素敵だなと思いました。

今日はお部屋もステキでしたが、家具やインテリアがカントリーで小さく可愛らしい🥰

家具を入れることをステージングというのですが、結構ピンキリです。安い家具を適当に入れているところもありますが、ここはいい家具を入れて、生活をイメージしやすいように洋服までかけてありちょっと感動しました！いつもありがとうございます！
30分設定の人感センサーってどういう使い道なのかな？ハイドアって本当にスッキリ見せますね。ベランダの避難通路が全体じゃなくて人が通れる幅だけ壊せるタイプなのがとても良いと思いました。それにしてもオシャレな照明ですね。デザインがとても好きです。
30分は僕も謎ですが、使う方がいらっしゃるんでしょうね！

福岡市中央区高砂がどういうと住環境かわかりませんが東京だとこの物件だと10万以下では無理です。

うーーんイマイチですかね！猛暑の季節にクーラーをつけた際ベッドルームとリビングの間に扉があるのはいいがキッチンとリビングの間にも扉があった方がいいかも！
