      Hi, it depends on the individual but if you add this exercise into your daily routine you will start to see changes 💗

    Hi! When I do this exercise it creates lines near my eyes (crows feet, every time I do the smile movement) - is there a safer way to do it? 🙏

      Yes definitely try to adjust the movement (sometimes 50% effort helps) 🩷
